We are looking for an Assistant Property Manager to provide on-site administrative and operational support for a commercial property team. This is a contract position expected to last approximately 60 days, offering an opportunity to contribute in a fast-moving environment that values sound judgment, organization, and responsive service. The person in this role will help maintain smooth daily operations by supporting tenant and vendor coordination, financial tracking, and property-related documentation.Responsibilities:• Provide daily administrative support using standard business applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word to keep property operations organized and efficient.• Assist with accounts receivable activities, including tracking outstanding balances and supporting accurate financial records.• Review property-related compliance documentation and help ensure required standards and records are maintained.• Coordinate service agreements and maintain contract documentation for vendors and building services.• Serve as a point of contact for tenants and vendors, responding to inquiries and helping resolve routine issues in a thorough manner.• Help prioritize multiple requests and assignments while supporting the needs of a busy commercial property environment.• Support property management workflows by updating records and entering information into work order or property management systems as needed.
