ELSM is seeking a client service/patient advocate to assist in new client acquisition and existing client services. This unique position combines sales responsibilities, focusing on client acquisition and onboarding in a competitive environment, with peripheral legal and medical knowledge and understanding to help potential clients navigate their medical and legal options. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, compassion, a very flexible work schedule, a background in medical care (and ability to learn key legal nuances), and a passion for client and patient service.
