In this position, the associate will work on multiple projects and/or delivery workstreams using Agile framework (primarily Kanban). Duties include mentoring lower-level team members (ex. Project Coordinator), driving delivery through effective task management, facilitating various ceremonies and removing impediments.This role is essential in driving delivery within Enterprise Technology Services (ETS). This role will support the Director of Program Delivery by managing delivery for a minimum of two teams within the ETS organization.Position Responsibilities:Drives delivery utilizing the Agile Framework, to include Kanban, Scrum and/or Agile ceremonies, etc.Fostering an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous delivery and relentless focus towards people, process, and technology improvements.
