The purpose of EPMO is to enable best practices and drive planning and execution activities that unlock the flow of value and create transparency into capacity across the organization. EPMO supports LPL product delivery by providing services to business partners and Solution Delivery Teams. EPMO manages a suite of services that includes support, delivery, implementation, and monitoring to ensure the efficient execution of critical initiatives for internal customers. This role supports the following EPMO service offerings:Program Epics ManagementQuality ManagementReportingBenefits ManagementGovernance of processes, standards, etc.Responsibilities:Facilitates and drives the team through the agile ceremonies –foster a Lean-Agile leadership including (PI Planning at the team level, Iteration Planning, Standup, Retro, Inspect and Adapt Workshop, Iteration Review and Demo)Release Planning and ExecutionEnsure agreement and transparency across team including up to the RTEEnsure JIRA is accurate and updated as required per IterationCapacity vs LoadPerforms PI Planning prep & execution for the teamEnsures weekly, monthly and iteration reports are produced as required/requested for the teamProgress of PI ObjectivesCommit to Complete Ratio (not all teams are at the level of maturity) VelocityCapacity PlanningBacklog Revisions (meet definition of ready?) and Health (this is a product metric that some Scrum Masters review to ensure they have work planned for future iterations)Manages Risk/Impediment Resolution, Reporting and Escalation to RTE and Tech/Product AccountableKey Metrics:User Story BurndownStory PointsVelocity# Points Committed# Points Completed (Velocity)Points Carried ForwardAverage Velocity% Say vs. Do / Commit to Complete RatioSay vs. Do Rolling Avg (5 sprints)User Story Spike RateWhat are we looking for?We want strong collaborators who can deliver a world-class client experience.
